ARCO Rights Request

• Client. A person who has contracted a product and/or service with Max Platform, S.A. de C.V.
• User. A person who has registered with Max Platform, S.A. de C.V. but has not yet contracted any product or service.

All fields are mandatory.

The identity of the data subject must be evidenced with official identification and, where applicable, that of the legal representative or attorney-in-fact, before the right is exercised. In the case of a representative, their authority must also be evidenced.

The response to this request will be sent to your email address within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date it is submitted.

Max Platform, S.A. de C.V. is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide in this form, which will be processed exclusively to handle your ARCO Rights request and for statistical purposes.

For the latter we require your consent, so we ask you to indicate below whether you authorize your personal data to be used for statistical purposes, so that we have valuable information to improve our services and implement appropriate measures to promote the exercise of personal data protection rights in our country. Note that the statistics generated will not link general information with data that makes the data subjects identifiable.

We also inform you that your personal data may be transferred to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data and/or to the corresponding state guarantor body, if it becomes necessary to process an appeal for review or complaint, and where necessary to respond to duly grounded and reasoned requests for information from a competent authority.

• The identity of the data subject and, where applicable, of their legal representative must be evidenced before the corresponding ARCO Right is exercised, by presenting — in original for verification, plus a plain copy — a valid identification document: voter ID card, passport and/or immigration document.
• In the case of a representative, the document evidencing their powers of representation must also be presented: a public instrument, attaching plain copies of the official identification of those who executed it, or the data subject’s declaration made in person.
• Before the corresponding ARCO Right is exercised, the original acknowledgement of submission of the request must be presented.

Minors, where the parents hold parental authority. In addition to evidencing the minor’s identity:

1. Birth certificate of the minor.
2. Official identification document of the father or mother seeking to exercise the right.
3. A letter stating, under oath, that the father or mother holds parental authority over the minor and is not subject to any legal grounds for its suspension or limitation.

Minors, where parental authority is held by someone other than the parents. In addition to evidencing the minor’s identity:

1. Birth certificate of the minor.
2. Legal document evidencing that parental authority is held.
3. Official identification document of the person holding parental authority and submitting the request.
4. A letter stating, under oath, that they hold parental authority over the minor and are not subject to any legal grounds for its suspension or limitation.

Minors, where the right is exercised by a guardian. In addition to evidencing the minor’s identity:

1. Birth certificate of the minor.
2. Legal document evidencing guardianship, or official identification document of the guardian.
3. A letter stating, under oath, that they exercise guardianship and are not subject to any legal grounds for its suspension or limitation.

Persons under legal incapacity or disability:

1. Legal instrument appointing the guardian.
2. Official identification document of the guardian.
3. A letter stating, under oath, that they exercise guardianship and are not subject to any legal grounds for its suspension or limitation.

Deceased persons:

1. Death certificate.
2. Document or documents evidencing the legal interest of the person seeking to exercise the right.
3. Official identification document of the person requesting the exercise of the right.
